Interior Renovation FAQs
Length of time to get a unit done?
When presented with scope, a full interior renovation will take approximately 10-21 days.
Is there a way we can track progress on units?
Yes, we pride ourselves on communication and transparency, with production boards updated by superintendents.
Can I get updates on units in production?
Yes, we utilize Microsoft Teams, which has a “live” production board and serves as our main line of communication with the customer and everyone involved.
Can CAMP do 1 or 2 units per month and/or how many units can you turn in a month?
Ideally, we do 40 per property per month, but we will do whatever is required.
What is the difference between a construction clean and a final clean?
Construction clean is after sheetrock and/or trim, while the final clean is at the end, for turnover to the client.
